Arlington Community Services serves the Arlington community.

They supply groceries, staples, and financial assistance to families and individuals.

Our Outreach Ministry provides…. support with food drives all year long,

volunteers to sort goods on Postal pick up day once a year, Crop Walk once a year.

Thanksgiving food baskets for eligible needy families referred by ACS.

"Souper Bowl Sunday", collect money for financial aid for needy families.

Southside continues to collect donations year round for the food bank

Thanksgiving 2006 we provided

Thanksgiving Dinner Baskets /plus. . .For 7 families.

Crop Walk 2006

We had 8 walkers and raised $404 for Church World Services

and Arlington Community Services

ACS, needs volunteers…. to work in office on Rogero Rd. helping office staff sort and pack groceries.

Volunteers to become a member of the Board of ACS to represent Southside Christian,

July & August. . .School Supplies, Paper, Binders, Folders, Pens

Items needed year round. . .

Canned Meat, Canned Vegetables

Jiffy Mix, Rice, Snacks, Cereal, Canned Milk,

Dry Milk, Canned Fruit,

any non-perishable foods.
